A Note From Pastor David

Seeking 22:1

My, my, how proud I am to have the privilege of being the Pastor of the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Family. Our Seeking 22:1 is coming along okay, however, we can do much better. Proverbs 22:1 is our verse and we are seeking Gods favor in all aspects of our church. Jeremiah 33:3 is the verse God gave me and I am praying it and claiming it. Im calling on God and asking Him to show us great and mighty things we have not seen. This involves finances, more willing workers, more soul-winning, more prayer soldiers, more teachers and more willing volunteers.

On August 26th we will have our in-gathering to lower our note on the two buildings. Hey, wouldnt it be a blessing if God poured out His favor upon us that we could pay off the note and start building our new worship complex sometime next year.

I pray youre seeking the will of God according to the word of God for your life as to what He wants you to do for Seeking 22:1

Ponder what Ive said, pray about it and then go and do as the Holy Spirit leads.
