Continual Realities

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch of mine that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless youabide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." John 15:1-5

People are at the heart of what we are about at The Mount.  We know being a follower of Jesus is more than simply attending a service or giving money.  Every Christ follower has been redeemed for two realities:

GROW IN JESUS
To grow in your relationship with Jesus it takes grace, time, focus and other Christians.  We want every member of The Mount to be constantly maturing in their walk with the Lord.  To foster this process we continually offer times and opportunities to do life with other believers.

GO WITH JESUS
When we grow, we must go! At The Mount we will always be about reaching out to the world in which we live. Our constant reminder to The Mount membership is that we are on mission everyday everywhere.  Missions is not something we do, it is who we are any place we are.
