Areas of Ministry

"And you shall love the Lord yourGod with all your heart and with all your soul and with all yourmind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Youshall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these." Mark 12:30-31

Believing this to be true, we see our love and ministry fleshed out in these three areas:

TO THE LORD
We want to worship the Lord with all that we are. It is our conviction that true worship is always holistic. In this area we seek to know and honor God with our minds attention, our hearts affection and our lives action.

TO THE WORLD
The Lord has put us where we are, at the time we are to be light to those around us. By both the words we speak and the life we live, we desire to point people to Jesus.

TO EACH OTHER
God has, in His divine design, called us together at The Mount. We seek to love and serve one another in Jesus. It is our desire to be a place where Christians can sharpen and shape one another to the glory of our God.
